Daily Responsibilities

Primary individual responsible for assisting 54 States and Territories in collecting, reviewing, conducting QA/QC of, and analyzing data collected for ARNG Installation Status Report (ISR) – Services. Develop reports required by NGB for management and analysis of the ISR Services program. Conduct coordination between NGB, HQDA ACSIM and the States regarding ISR Services. Distribute guidance, information and policy regarding data collection and reporting, training, and standardization of the ARNG ISR program. Assist in the analysis of ISR program data for developing budgets and requirements for planning and programming NGB resources. Develop plans. procedures and protocols for reporting, analyzing, and enhancing the ARNG ISR program. Position requires less than 25% travel to conferences, training courses, and performing inspection visits.

  • Establish and maintain processes for ensuring timely and accurate reporting of ISR Services data ARNG wide.
  • Perform technical reviews of data submitted by the States to ensure compliance with Department of the Army policies and procedures for upward reporting of ISR Services.
  • Provide technical support to states regarding requirements and procedures for upward reporting of ISR Services.
  • Perform studies and analysis of ARNG ISR Services data for program priorities and enhancements.
  • Represent NGB at HQDA After Action Reviews (AAR's), Integrated Process Teams (IPT's), and other forums regarding the ARNG ISR Services program.
  • Develop and deliver ISR Services training programs and materials. Conduct training as needed.

Required: Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in working with Army Command groups up to and including 3star level senior leadership.
  • Conducting management studies to determine critical program requirements and recommendations for program execution.
  • Significant experience in working with management automation systems and databases.
  • Significant experience in Army Programming, Budgeting, and Execution systems and programs.
Required: Security SECRET level clearance.
