Job Responsibilities

The Contractor shall provide SAPR office subject matter expertise with knowledge and experience dealing with sexual assault prevention and response, curriculum design and development. The Contractor will conduct research, analysis, integration, validation, and management of data and provide subject matter expertise as needed for the AF SAPR program IAW the referenced Air Force Instructions (AFI), policy directives, and any portion of the Contractor’s proposed processes that are incorporated into this Task Order (TO). The Contractor shall use an Instructional System Design (ISD) approach to develop, design, revise, and analyze SAPR training curriculum for SAPR Personnel and Total Force Airmen and supporting training materials as tasked. All training deliverables for SAPR Personnel and Total Force Airmen must be able to meet the DoD and AF approved requirements and core competencies.

  • • Evaluate and address shortfalls with the SAPR 5-year Training Plan in consultation with the SAPR Training Branch and COR. The 5-year Training Plan will be developed by the Training Branch.
  • • Review and develop comprehensive initial and annual training for installation SAPR personnel. Installation SAPR personnel are defined as: Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARCs), Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Victim Advocates (SAPR VAs), Volunteer Victim Advocates (VVAs) and Alternate SARCs.
  • • Develop, enhance or revise annual SAPR training, in collaboration with AF SAPR Training.

Required: Years of Experience (min) 3+ years’ experience
Required: Degree Bachelor’s degree preferred
Required: Experiences The curriculum developers shall have experience in instructional design and curriculum development. Curriculum developers also required to have experience in sexual assault response, violence prevention or advocacy and experience with DoD or USAF SAPR Programs.
