Daily Responsibilities
  • Analysis - Clinical Applications
  • Coordinate assigned clinical Electronic Health Record (HER) application(s) across the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Clinical Information System (CIS) team. Work with DHA EHR Program Management Office (PMO) Application(s) teams to provide input on priorities, implementation options, training and communication needs
  • Work in collaboration with EHR PMO Clinical Applications operations teams to define clinical operational training objectives
  • Support end-user training processes and other necessary inputs to help drive clinical workflows process improvement
  • Understand application(s) end-user requirements
  • Coordinate and meet with sustainment PM, regional leads, training coordinator to approve and introduce new training materials
  • Attend regional lead weekly scheduled meetings and DHA Bi-Monthly All Hands Calls
  • Coordinate backup support for onsite training support
  • Coordinate training input and support to application(s) team leadership
  • Communicate and meet with Systems Plus Program Manager to update team progress
  • Coordinate input to team deliverables
  • Participate in Defense Health Agency, Tri-Service, and other meetings
  • Military and/or Government experience a plus
Additional Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing staff and working in a matrixed environment
  • Proven experience in project and program management
  • Demonstrated experience as a trainer or orator
  • Experienced customer and/or operations support, preferably in a healthcare setting
Required: Years of Experience (min)
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years’ work experience or equivalent experience
  • A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements
Required: Clearance
