Daily Responsibilities
|
- Support DPRI on all facilities, MILCON/GoJ project issues, and programs, and serves as SME and advisor to the III MEF DPRI Director on matters pertaining to GCE facilities requirements management
- Coordinate and assist on all phases of facilities and MILCON/GoJ project requirements development, review, and completion for 3rd Marine Division (MarDiv).
- Assess current GCE training requirements and ensure that training ranges that are developed in new locations will meet the required 3rd Marine Division Mission Essential Tasks (METs).
- Responsible for advising/assisting with the planning, liaison and coordination between III MEF, 3rd MarDiv and MARFORPAC for all III MEF DPRI facilities and MILCON issues supporting III MEF’s assigned forces. This includes MCB Camp Butler, FRF, MCAS Kaneohe, MCB Hawaii, and MCB Guam to include facilities located at Naval Base Guam Apra Harbor and Andersen AFB.

- Personnel must have demonstrated knowledge of Marine Corps ground combat operations. Personnel must have Battalion Command or Division or higher-level staff planning experience, and will have completed the appropriate level Professional Military Education or civilian equivalent Two or more years of DPRI experience is desired.
- Knowledge and experience in Marine Corps Ground Combat Operations;
- Appropriate Professional Military Education (PME) and staff planning experience at Battalion or higher level;
- Experience in the PACOM AOR and knowledgeable of Theater Campaign Plan; Experience in Program Management;
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite of applications, to including MS Project and MS SharePoint;
- Knowledge of Marine Corps facilities and MILCON/HNFC; Understanding of supporting/supported relationships between Operating Forces and Bases/Stations.
