Daily Responsibilities

There will be multiple positions for Schedule Manager, Senior Schedulers and Junior Schedulers. Please indicate which you are applying for when you submit.

  • Perform all tasks related to the creation and maintenance of the master schedule to include: planning and documenting schedule management, define activities, sequence activities, identify activity resources, estimate or define activity durations, create dependencies between and among various activities and/or whole projects within the overall program, determine type of dependencies, define critical path of each project and overall program as a whole, perform resource leveling, identify leads and lags, and identify float (free float and total float) within individual projects and overall program.
  • Develop and execute schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures. Work in collaboration with each PMO’s program management team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting.
  • Work closely with each PMO’s management, planners, and PMs to maintain schedule accuracy and timeliness. Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports, Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks work authorizations, priority based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration, in order to facilitate decision making
  • Analyze and control master program schedule and develop various reports such as: Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, variance analysis, resource loading, what-if scenario analysis, and schedule compression techniques to include graphical and visual representation of said reports

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience using Oracle Primavera or MS Project Scheduling software in a construction environment

  • Extensive knowledge of project and program management principles, especially as they apply to program scheduling. Experience in the creation and management of project and program schedules
  • Experience working with senior level executive stakeholders for the purpose of communicating program schedule and developing enterprise solutions relevant to program synchronization
  • Ability to perform data collection, entry, and analysis of schedule metrics.
