Daily Responsibilities
  • Assist DHA in the drafting, editing and compiling of documents and coordinate document archiving in electronic media and repositories.
  • Analysis and processing of electronic documents for web-based storage, retrieval, publication, and distribution—To include: update SharePoint actions and upload meeting minutes and audio to SharePoint
  • Assist in the editing of internal and external agency correspondence and provide drafting of briefings based on Government provided information.
  • Assist the Government in the use of electronic collaboration tools such as SharePoint, DCS and Adobe Connect
  • Provide support in the area of Government manpower and personnel support to include tracking and coordination of actions, assisting with the drafting of documentation, and assisting the Government with arranging meetings with the manpower office
  • Reporting all actions on a monthly basis in the Monthly Progress Report
Required: Years of Experience (min)
  • 3 years leading a project for records, information, document, and/or knowledge management
Required: Degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Required: Experience
  • Overall management of technical staff
  • Conducting analysis of overall projects and programs
  • Periodic status reporting
  • Preparing program reviews
  • Experience with SharePoint, DCS and Adobe Connect
Required: Clearance
  • Requires minimum NACLC
