Daily Responsibilities
  • Authorized point of contact with the Government CO and the COR
  • Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
  • Provide weekly work status/progress reports that include a short summary of all meetings attended and progress that occurred during the week and report any problems or impediments encountered
  • Reporting mid to high-priority risks, recommending mitigating actions, and assisting the Government in mitigating those risks
  • Reporting issues that might impact the program or projects, particularly those that are out of the Contractor's control, e.g., Government responsiveness issues
  • Provide expertise, knowledge and execution of Agile software requirements management, development and maintenance.
  • Tracks and updates the status of epics, features and user stories; manages the sprint(s) with daily scrums; assesses impact(s); exercises retrospective for lessons learned; meets AGENCY's project objectives
  • Work closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners and additional AGENCY stakeholders for release planning, product/feature backlog, sprint backlog and user stories
Required: Years of Experience (min)
  • 3-5 years preferred
Required: Degree
  • An active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification
Required: Experience
  • Formal training or certification in Agile software development methods.
  • Demonstrated experience in the management, design, implementation, and maintenance of Dynamics projects.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials.
  • Local to the Washington DC Metro Area or willing to travel at Contractor’s expense
