Daily Responsibilities
|
- Publish a quarterly newsletter concerning systems issues, best practices, and other marketing material to educate Air Force users on website
- Coordinate with the Air Force Inspection Agency on ways the system can be incorporated/used with AFMS inspections.
- Review/analyze and advise on DoD, MHS Program Office/DHSS and AF business policies, processes, rules and procedures to ensure there is traceability among the documents and they are mutually supportive.
- Facilitate actions to mitigate and eliminate inconsistencies in DoD, ASDHA, MHS Program Office/DHSS, and AFMS policies, processes and rules.
- Assist in the review of Tri-service (Army, Air Force, & Navy) business rules and system operating procedures.
- Attend all meetings and document and track all action items resulting from these meetings. Submit system change requests as needed. Document all action items and change requests in the Monthly Progress Report
- Submit a master training plan and coordinate training events at designated CONUS and OCONUS locations
- Review all System Requirements Specification documents from MHS Program Office/DHSS to ensure AF business rules are incorporated into all documents
- Work with MHS Program Office/DHSS to monitor data quality and integrity within the system.
- Develop a data quality assurance plan to track and resolve data quality issues. The data quality assurance plan will include sampling and document reviews, and all issues will be resolved within two (2) weeks of being identified.
- Elevated issues with a Change Request (CR) System Investigation Request (SIR) and monitor until resolved.
- Report unresolved MHS issues impacting the ability of MTF managers to perform their assigned duties to the Government
- Research all help desk tickets related to data quality or integrity issues and provide follow-up support with the MHS Program Office/DHSS, so the technical solutions provided to MTF managers resolve the technical problem
- Draft required CRs SIRs that involve DMHRSI data quality/data integrity issues and monitor until resolved.

Required: Years of Experience (min)
|
- 5 years project manager; clinical quality management OR healthcare risk management; AND life cycle development of automated information systems (AIS) and applications
- 5 years recent work experience with Medical Readiness Decision Support System-Unit Level Tracking and Reporting Application (MRDSS-ULTRA)

Required: Degree
|
- Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical, healthcare-field or management-related field required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
|
Required: Experience

- 5 years project management experience
- 5 years of clinical quality management or healthcare risk management experience
- 5 years’ experience in life cycle development of AIS and applications
- 5 or more years recent working experience with MRDSS-ULTRA and have the ability to correct all interface errors
- Knowledge of DoD and AFMS regulations and policies
