Systems Plus, Inc. Wins Defense Health Agency (DHA) Assistant Director for Health Care Administration (ADHCA) Support Contract
Systems Plus is excited to announce that it has been awarded the DHA ADHCA contract to provide program management and targeted subject matter expertise to support DHA transition activities needed to transfer management and administration of MTFs to the DHA.
Our objective will be to achieve a robust DHA transformation effort through performance management and continuous process improvement. Systems Plus and its partner will provide access to specialized experts that will provide strategic planning and performance management; change management and organizational design; financial management; business case analysis; business process reengineering; healthcare SME analysis and support; and more.
Leveraging the experiences and expertise of our team, we will support a comprehensive Program Integration Office under ADHCA Authority and execute and implement action plans to promote long lasting transformational change.
