The candidate will be the primary point of contact for corporate related duties since the Government agency recognizes the need for some amount of administrative overhead for the corporate point of contact. This will cover such administrative activity as processing time sheets, performance appraisals, leave requests, etc. The time spent on such activities should not exceed 5%, in the aggregate, of this individual’s base billable time (i.e. does not include 5% of hours approved in excess of 40 per week). and the primary individual through whom the Government will direct work. This is a senior level position which requires extensive experience in Program Management and exceptional leadership and managerial ability. The selected candidate must provide the agency with expert advice related to Information Technology research and development, architecture design, and the Systems Development Life Cycle to include related methodologies, procedures, tools, templates, techniques, standards and best practices. The candidate should possess a Broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies. And a strong multi-tasking abilities and be able to work on multiple projects efficiently within time constraints. The ability to remain focused amidst ambiguity and shifting priorities is required. The agency will rely heavily on the candidate to provide technical guidance, make recommendations for, plan, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and quality. |

The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and detail-oriented and well organized. . Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to prepare clear, well-written documents such as procedures, analysis, and operation guides. Ability to work as team lead, a member of a team and with customers is a must. |
