Daily Responsibilities |
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Program development, management and support of large-scale programs and complex systems with the ability to meet deadlines and budget objectives. Must possess knowledge of DoD programs and services. Must be able to support provision of logistics operations and point of sale equipment to efficiently manage multiple support contracts and act as corporate liaison to Program Managers and equivalent DoD service officials. Will manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects. Will oversee managers working on client engagements within practice. Will review high-level deliverables across projects. Will implement engagement review and qualify assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction. Will minimize our exposure and risk across multiple projects. Will manage scope and mitigate risk across projects. |

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of DoD programs and services or related experience as a program liaison, working for either a DoD corporate client or as a responsible manager and decision-maker for a DoD program. Must be familiar with corporate documentation requirements and DoD specifications including FAR regulations. The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of DoD priorities and current directions to enable successful bids and program support follow-on. The candidate must be a team builder, working with diverse management styles and sometimes undocumented priorities, eliciting and understanding goal-setting and process-building initiatives. The candidate must be able to successfully guide DoD-support related activities, processes, and procedures. |
Required: Skills

The candidate should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and be detail-oriented and well organized. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to prepare clear, well-written documents such as procedures, analysis, and management guides. The candidate must work as a team liaison, working with multiple managers to assure corporate quality and communication.
