Daily Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible to strategically design and implement in-house information systems and networked software architectures that support core organizational functions, and assure their high availability. The successful candidate will gain organizational commitment for all systems and software plans, as well as evaluate and select all technologies required to complete those plans. In addition, the candidate provides technical leadership across the organization, from strategic decision making down to the project planning level. The candidate is required to create and preserve conceptual integrity across multiple systems; Promote architectural goals such as adaptability; Understand the (business) problem domain, identifying requirements and constraints; Understand technological possibilities; Understand technological limits; Identify risks and perform meaning feasibility studies.

Bachelors from accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline, Masters preferred and Current certification as a Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP) or other Advanced Project Management Certification (for example a Masters Certificate from a University or other organization)

The successful candidate must possess substantial Network Infrastructure as well as Applications experience and knowledge.  A minimum of 5 years in a lead systems architect role; A minimum of 10 years experience in Information Technology in a heterogeneous (both hardware and operating systems) environment and with wide-area and local-area networking and communications technologies are required. The candidate must have 5 years experience working in a IT system and architecture development capacity; A minimum of 5 years of system development life cycle experience; A minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager
