Daily Responsibilities

Candidate will act as a subject matter analyst to support ARNG demographic management requirements for the installations and facilities. Daily responsibilities require a person who can anticipate needs and proactively work to improve processes. Candidates will work closely with a highly professional, results oriented team of subject matter experts and system developers. Able to provide analysis reports, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as required by customer and corporate requirements.

Required: Experience

• Experienced ASIP Functional Analyst (5 years)
• Experience in the ARNG and OACSIM Environment
• Able to work as independently and as a team member
• Familiar with military force structure processes
• Five or more years of experience as a member as a member of the US Armed Forces and have worked 3 years major command level or Pentagon/DA/OACSIM staff
• Knowledge of Army Regulation and Real Property Regulations
• Knowledge of Army Real Property Regulations and Procedures
• Command and General Staff College (CGSC)

Required: Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, MS Project.
• Knowledge of data management/Data mining, Oracle, SQL Server or FoxPro experience is desirable
• Ability to develop course material and instruct to large audiences
