Daily Responsibilities |
The candidate is expected to produce a variety of information technology and project and system development life cycle related documentation. The successful candidate will edit documents produced by other staff. This may include but not be limited to technical manuals, user guides, project management life cycle and systems development life cycle artifacts, policies, procedures, etc. Provide documentation support for project activities and deliverables, such as the target environment, impact analysis, recommendations, reviews, technical diagrams and procedures, etc. Ensure that documentation produced is accurate, complete, meets editorial and government specifications and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style. |
Required: Skills

The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, MS Project, and Visio. The selected incumbent must possess good oral and written communications skills and the ability to prepare clear, well-written documents. The candidate must possess knowledge of template creation and working with various file formats. Participate in the establishment of style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations. Work with other staff as necessary to fulfill these duties. |
