GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Small Business (OASIS SB) is a family of competitive Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts. GSA OASIS SB is designed to fulfill Government-wide complex professional service mission requirements for all Federal agencies while strengthening opportunities in federal contracting for small business.


Systems Plus, Inc. is a Pool 1 awardee and is ready to support agencies with a host of services including program management, management consulting, engineering, ancillary support, logistics, scientific, and financial management. Through the use of GSA OASIS SB, agencies receive small business credit and support competition.

Period of Performance: June 20, 2014 through June 19, 2019, with 1 (5-year) option that may extend the cumulative term of the contract to 10 years in accordance with FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contact, if exercised.


Fee:GSA will charge agency customers a .75 percent fee to use the contract
