GSA OASIS SMALL BUSINESS

The objective of GSA OASIS SB is to provide Government agencies with total integrated solutions for a multitude of professional service requirements. These professional service requirements may call for solutions that cross over multiple disciplines, include ancillary support, and require commercial and/or non-commercial items, using a variety of contract types, including fixed-price (all types), cost reimbursement (all types), time and materials/labor hour, or a hybrid mix of contract types.


GSA OASIS SB is available for use by all Federal agencies and other entities as listed in Order ADM 4800.2G, Eligibility to use GSA Sources And Supply; as amended.


GSA OASIS SB Professional Service Categories

Program Management: All services related to leading, facilitating, and ensuring the strategic planning, implementation, coordination, integration, and evaluation of programmatic activities and administrative systems.

Management Consulting: All services related to the practice of helping organizations to improve their performance, primarily through the analysis of existing organizational problems and development of plans for improvement.

Scientific Services: All services that are primarily involved in the application of comprehensive scientific and professional knowledge in planning, conducting, evaluating, and managing fundamental research, knowledge enhancement, and/or technology development and innovation.

Engineering Services: Any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles.

Logistics Services: Includes the management of the flow of resources, not only goods, between the point of origin and the point of destination in order to meet the requirements of organizations. Logistics services involves the integration of information, transportation, inventory, warehousing, material handling, packaging, security, and any other function necessary to the flow of resources.

Financial Management: Includes the planning, directing, monitoring, organizing, and controlling of the monetary resources of an organization.

Ancillary Support: To include both technology and non-technology products and services necessary to perform the duties under the task order.
