Our objective will be to achieve a robust DHA transformation effort through performance management and continuous process improvement. Systems Plus and its partner will provide access to specialized experts that will provide strategic planning and performance management; change management and organizational design; financial management; business case analysis; business process reengineering; healthcare SME analysis and support; and more.
Leveraging the experiences and expertise of our team, we will support a comprehensive Program Integration Office under ADHCA Authority and execute and implement action plans to promote long lasting transformational change.
