Daily Responsibilities
|
- Provides overall program management of federal contracts including managing and coordinating teams, managing contractor resources, and supervising staff in the performance of work. Â
- Ensure training and certification requirements are met by contract team members prior to assuming their roles. Â
- Coordinate and schedule all support functions for 24×7 coverage.Â
- Ensures timely high-level report on status of major initiatives to client. Â
- Regularly evaluates performance and fulfillment of current solutions against client needs and works with technical experts to recommend products and platforms to satisfy program requirements.  Â
- Ensures the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of the work performed, resulting in process improvements and cost savings.Â
- Monitors program progress, risks, deliverables, metrics, and outcomes. Â
- Provides written status updates, reports, executive briefings, and documentation.Â
- Ensures policies and procedures are carried out based on industry best practices for project administration, execution, and tracking. Â

Required: Experience
|
- At least five (5) years of leadership experience managing large, complex, mission-critical web-based IT systems development projects and programs in an Agile environment. Â
- Proven ability in managing large, complex, mission-critical web-based IT systems development projects and programs with high client satisfaction. Â
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. Â
- Experience in mentoring and supervising staff and ensuring the successful execution of program tasks and objectives.Â
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Â
- Strong client engagement skills. Â
