Daily Responsibilities

- Serves as the RTE for one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs), facilitating program execution and delivery in a SAFe environment.
- Plans and facilitates Program Increment (PI) Planning, including pre-planning coordination, agenda development, logistics coordination, and follow-through on PI objectives.
- Facilitates ART-level ceremonies/events (as applicable), including Scrum of Scrums/ART sync, demos, inspect-and-adapt activities, and retrospectives.
- Coordinates cross-team dependencies, tracks risks/impediments, and drives issue resolution by escalating blockers and enabling timely decision-making.
- Maintains transparency into execution through ART-level metrics and status reporting (e.g., progress, risks, impediments, and dependency status).
- Partners with Product Management/LOB leadership and technical leads to align work to priorities and ensure teams remain focused on value delivery.
- Coaches teams/stakeholders on SAFe/Agile practices, promoting consistent adoption of standard ceremonies, artifacts, and continuous improvement.
- Supports governance expectations by ensuring required planning and execution documentation is maintained and current (e.g., PI objectives, risks, dependency logs, action items).

Required: Experience

- Five (5) years experience supporting Agile/SAFe programs.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Experience supporting Federal or commercial health related programs; CMS and/or HHS experience preferred.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
