Daily Responsibilities
|
- Lead IDIQ Task Order capture, strategic growth, and proposal efforts
- Customer engagement through onsite visits and regular communications on services delivery and solutions development
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients and partners to help in the creation and pursuit of new business opportunities; keep our prospective client and partner database updated
- Maintain Pipeline of active and upcoming new business opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of all company service offerings
- Develops and maintains a plan to market the vehicle to customers and promotes the IDIQ vehicle to Government prospects.
- Contract reporting, compliance and contract deliverables to include weekly/monthly work status/progress reports
- Monitors and maintains processes for meeting contract and task order PWS/SOW deliverables, objectives, and performance thresholds; reporting of any substantive slippage or effect on cost, schedule, and performance
- Reporting mid to high-priority risks, recommending mitigating actions, and assisting the Government in mitigating those risks
- Provides strategic guidance to teams in ways that promote the company’s culture and meeting client objectives

- Strong understanding of modern technology concepts and landscape
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material that is technical or informative to Government officials.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to contribute to, integrate, and edit content for solid and compelling marketing material and technical proposals and reports
- Experience working closely with executive management to help ensure that customer objectives are met without overcommitting
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently to develop new business
- Highly collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-based environment
