Daily Responsibilities Improves operations by conducting systems analysis;
  • Analyzes data requests
  • Develops custom solutions to address data request
  • Works with the technical team to implement solutions for data visualizations
  • Provides functional support on Federal HR data issues
  • Provides functional support regarding Federal Pay Processing data questions
  • Provides functional support for Federal Time and Attendance processing
  • Develops custom data solutions/reports using Federal payroll and time data
  • Works closely with HR customer community to develop employee wide communications
  • Works closely with the HR customer community regarding regulatory changes and how the HR suite of systems may be affected
  • Develops and executes test plans of system modifications and/or new releases
  • Works with the vendor organizations to ensure the HR suite of systems continues to meet the needs of the organization

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience

  • Experience providing functional support for Federal Human Resources Management System (HRMS) (PeopleSoft – Federal)
  • Experience providing function support for Federal Time and Attendance and Payroll processing
  • Experience with the USDA National Finance Center (NFC) HR and Payroll processing systems
  • Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery and excellent products.
  • Exhibits attention to details with excellent analytical skills
  • Experience in technology projects with competence in SDLC software development methods, as well as an understanding of project phases
  • Ability to capture and analyze process metrics
  • Experience in implementing projects on-time and on-budget
  • Experience in the following:
    • Federal PeopleSoft HRMS
    • NFC – Pay Processing Cycles
    • NFC – IRIS
    • NFC – PINQ
    • NFC – EPIC Web
    • NFC – SPPS Web
    • NFC – Insight Reporting Tool
    • Federal Time and Attendance
  • Experience in the following is a plus:
    • Kronos’ WebTA
    • Tableau Desktop
    • SharePoint Development
