Daily Responsibilities
|
In order to thrive in this role, you must be a motivated, career driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who will thrive in our competitive environment and think outside the box.
- Carry out full life-cycle recruiting including cold calling,prescreening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessingapplications, and initiating first round interviews
- Effectively recruit the best-qualified candidates by performingfull-lifecycle recruiting to include: sourcing, and phoneinterviews for various government projects
- Partner with HR Director to ensure full understanding ofbusiness requirements to successfully assess qualitycandidates for hiring needs
- Research and provide ideas on new technologies and tools thatmay assist users to identify hard to find candidates and passivejob seekers
- Networking extensively in the marketplace to ensure access tothe best and brightest talent for every search
- Organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, dead lineoriented, and rapidly changing environment
- Source candidates utilizing online resume database, proprietaryresume database, and networking
