Systems Plus is proud to announce that it has been awarded the DoD NDSEG Fellowship Program contract to provide fellowship program management services in coordination with the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) for the Department of Defense (DoD).
The DoD NDSEG Fellowship Program, established in 1989 by direction of Congress and sponsored by the Army, Navy, and Air Force, serves as a means of increasing the number of U.S. citizens trained in science and engineering disciplines of military importance. “With our success supporting the Summer Faculty Fellowship Program (SFFP) for the U.S. Air Force for the past 5 years we are truly proud and excited to be entrusted to expand our services in support of the DoD and its NDSEG Fellows for the FY2019 and FY2020 seasons” stated Mrs. Melissa Barnes, Director, Service Delivery. Mrs. Barnes went on to say “We do understand the importance in administering this program and ensuring we support the DoD’s objectives…the DoD’s investment and encouragement of these promising U.S. Scientists through the DoD NDSEG Fellowship Program will propel these talented individuals to the forefront of many discoveries and innovations relevant to the DoD and promote the growth of U.S. Scientists/Engineers within relevant DoD disciplines.”
Our Program Management Office team will provide outreach and promotion services; facilitate and manage virtual Review and DoD Selection Panels; provide fellowship and financial management administration services: provide full life-cycle systems engineering and website development; and coordinate and manage upcoming DoD National NDSEG Fellows Conferences.
