Daily Responsibilities
  • Provide recommendations and lead implementation of commercial and open-source ICAM products.   
  • Support the implementation of a Risk Management Plan and maintain a risk registry according to federal standards.  
  • Establish robust governance and stakeholder engagement processes to manage ICAM programs and coordinate with stakeholders on the upcoming release of new ICAM products and services. 
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support a clear understanding of federally mandated ICAM policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and systems by all stakeholders. 
  • Support the advancement of cybersecurity posture through the development and implementation of a cyber hygiene methodology and governance framework.  
  • Monitor and ensure fulfillment of performance standards and support reporting.  

Required: Experience
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and security, DevSecOps development standards, and understanding of the capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses of current commercial and open-source ICAM products to recommend, lead implementation, and implement accepted product change. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.  

Preferred: Experience
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
