Daily Responsibilities
|
- Responsible for the efficient project, communication, and risk/issues management and delivery of all digital learning outputs in accordance with contract requirements.
- Oversight and performance management of all contract staff, as well as all deliverables and associated reporting.
- Establish and foster strong and open lines of communication and engagement across government stakeholders and staff in a collaborative operational environment while maintaining clear lines of authority and responsibility.

- BS/BA degree in Business, Management, or Digital Learning/eLearning-related field.

- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) OR PMI Agile Certified Practitioner Certification (PMI-ACP)

- 5 years of program management experience on federal government service contracts of similar size, value, and complexity.
- 10 years of experience in eLearning project, program, or contract management.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining strong and positive business relationships and lines of communication across multiple government managers and
- functional staff members to achieve performance and project outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing Agile project planning/coordination/monitoring practices to help guide staff to achieve results on time.
- Demonstrated experience in driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated creativity and flexibility in creating estimates, scope, and requirements, as well as throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated understanding of cutting-edge analytics to provide program analysis and accountability to management.
