Daily Responsibilities
|
- Provides technical leadership for Tier II IT service delivery supporting mission-critical healthcare operations.
- Serves as the senior technical resource for end-user computing, clinical application support, and enterprise endpoint services.
- Ensures continuous availability and operational reliability of Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other mission-essential healthcare systems.
- Provides executive IT support while overseeing secure user access, endpoint governance, and customer service excellence.
- Ability for rapid imaging, deployment, and hardware integration to support unannounced facility surge capacities and dynamic mobility requirements.
- Promotes operational readiness through technical leadership, service quality, knowledge management, and compliance with DoW cybersecurity requirements.

Required Degree and Certifications:
|
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency
- IAT II
- CE: Associate (Professional preferred)
|

Required Experience:
|
- Minimum of 4 years of experience demonstrating the required proficiency
- Experience demonstrating ability to lead and coordinate IT service delivery teams to meet performance objectives.
- Experience demonstrating proven expertise in resolving complex technical issues and ensuring operational continuity in a high availability environment.
- Experience demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills to manage priorities and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
