- Build and maintain effective working relationships with executive leadership and other government representatives.
- Interact with executive leadership on a weekly basis.
- Effectively present information to executive leadership.
- Serve as the subject-matter-expert for, and oversee the day-to-day activities of multiple, simultaneous, complex assignments and cross-functional solutions.
- Remain calm under pressure.
- Comport with professional decorum.
- Understand customer business functions to identify and foster opportunities to improve business processes, the end-user experience, and/or systems, processes, and translate them into solutions.
- Serves as the technical lead for Power Platform Apps/Power Automate solutions and understands how to best utilize the client’s M365, Microsoft SharePoint and Power Apps/Automate toolset, with an emphasis on Power Apps/Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Excel.
- Use logical thinking and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze and troubleshoot complex project-related problems from beginning to end, determine the root cause(s), identify the solution(s) to remediate, and effectively communicate the resolution to stakeholders both orally and in writing.
- Proactively manage risks and issues for resolution.
- Create innovative solutions (develop, modify, implement) using Power Apps, Power Automate, Workflow, Forms, collaboration sites, document management, business intelligence/reporting that address a range of business needs (such as finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools), resolve business problems, improve/automate processes, and provide rich business logic and workflow capabilities transforming manual business operations into automated processes.
- Create and enforce release plans and change management processes, and procedures.
- Use strong analytical skills to solicit, collect, synthesize, and analyze data requirements and data.
- Create user dashboards and reports using the Power BI platform.
- Set up and monitor automation flows to support data integration, migration, and alert-success/failures
- Prioritize work to ensure alignment with the customer’s business goals and objectives; monitor, measure, and report on work progress to ensure timely delivery of projects and high-quality work products that meet or exceed functional and quality specifications.
- Establish plans and discrete tasks for upgrading or integrating automations using a central data set.
- Prepare long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, production activities, and support resources.
- Ensure best practices are defined and adhered to; provide technical analysis on projects and make process improvement recommendations to drive efficiencies through optimization and automation.
- Ensure security best practices are implemented, maintained, and audited utilizing the client’s governance guidance.
- Complete all documentation required for the project.
- Attend executive-level and project-level meetings, briefings, and conferences as required by the customer.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience working primarily with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI) and SharePoint
- 3+ years of experience interacting with executive leadership on a weekly basis.

- Demonstrated ability to quickly build and sustain effective working relationships with executive leadership and other government representatives throughout the engagement.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with executive leadership and other government representatives including effectively presenting information.
- Sustained experience serving as the subject-matter-expert for, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of multiple, simultaneous, complex assignments and cross-functional solutions.
- Sustained experience serving as a technical lead for Power Platform Apps/Power Automate solutions and understanding and how to best utilize M365, Microsoft SharePoint, and the Power Apps/Automate toolset to provide business solutions.
- Demonstrated experience remaining calm under pressure and comporting with professional decorum in all situations.
- Experience creating innovative solutions using Power Platform Apps, Power Automate, Forms, collaboration sites, document management, business intelligence/reporting that address a range of business needs, resolve business problems, improve/automate processes, and transform manual business operations into automated processes.
- Demonstrated experience creating user dashboards and reports using the Power BI platform.
- Excellent logical thinking and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze and troubleshoot complex project-related problems from beginning to end, determine the root cause(s), identify the solution(s) to remediate, and effectively communicate the resolution to stakeholders.
