Daily Responsibilities
  • Oversee platform operations, enhancements, and system security.  
  • Responsible for ensuring the platform aligns with business strategy, resolving technical escalations, responding to defects, and analyzing the impact of new requirements. 
  • Manage and execute change/release activities, including version control, update sets, plugin management, and configuration baselines. 
  • Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and support proactive platform health monitoring. 
  • Collaborate with platform engineers, developers, business analysts, and ISSO/ISSEs to ensure compliance with ATO and cyber standards (NIST 800-53, ICD 503). 
  • Support DR/COOP testing, module validation, and stakeholder demonstrations. 
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, develop user stories, and support backlog grooming. 

Required: Degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent related professional experience. 

Required: Experience
  • Five (5) years of experience in ServiceNow or a related field. 
  • At least two (2) years in a leadership or senior consultant role. 
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development in self-hosted or disconnected environments. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing scoped apps, update sets, and integrations. 
  • Experience with Agile development, technical documentation, and DevSecOps principles. 

Required: Clearance
  • Must be eligible for a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph (active clearance preferred)
