Daily Responsibilities
|
- Responsible for developing cost planning/analysis products.
- Support cost planning/analysis policy, procedures, processes, and SOP development.
- Monitor Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Cost/Schedule Performance Index (CPI/SPI).
- Support cost planning/analysis for functional proponent requirements
- Review Business Case Analysis (BCA), Benefits Analysis and Determination, Affordability Assessments, Component Cost Estimates (CCE), Army Cost Position (ACP), Program Office Estimate (POE), Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE), Cost As Independent Variable (CAIV), Cost Performance Report (CPR), Assumptions Methodology, Cost Models, and Benefits (ACEIT), cost planning/analysis products prior to release outside program.

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in similar environments

- BBA or relevant field
- Certifications similar to BFM Level II/III and DOD FM Level II/III preferred.

- Specialized knowledge and experience in building SPAR, POM, DASC Parade, P&R Form, Congressional reclamas/issue papers.
