Daily Responsibilities
|
- Lead team to provide services to manage and support agency Non-Production Environments (NPE), both legacy and modernized, and resources that allow tenant developers to integrate and test their product(s) in a production-like environment.
- Ensure provisioning and access solutions, task management, documented roles and responsibilities and environment level troubleshooting support for NPE tenants.
- Enable agency project teams to manage and support product integration and maximize their ability to identify and address defects as early as possible, enhancing overall product quality.
- Lead and/or perform activities that include: NPE Support Services; Tenant Support Services; Backup and Retrieval Services; Migration Support Services; Testing Support; Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Support; and Portal and Trend Reporting.

- Possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills
- No less than 3 years of experiencing working with Azure Cloud solutions
- Experience with Department of State (DOS) and/or the Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA)

- Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Agile and/or SAFe certifications preferred
