Daily Responsibilities
|
- Lead team to provide a Tools and Repository Services function for Configuration Management (CM), which consists of the CM Artifact, CM Application, CM Environment, CM Tools Management, and Tools and Repository Audits activities.
- Utilization of the following three (3) tools:ServiceNow; IBM® Rational® solution for Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM); and Atlassian Confluence
- Utilize CI/CD tools such as GitLab for storage of development source control, and Nexus for storage of binaries, COTS, deployable packages.
- Maintain a repository service using the agency approved toolset.
- Maintain artifacts, applications, and environments using a multi-tier control structure.
- Lead and/or performance the following activities: CM Artifact management; CM Application management; CM Environment management; CM Tools Management; Tools and Repository Audits; and Portal and Trend Reporting.

- 10 years of relevant experience working with Configuration Control (CC) Tools and CC-related projects.

- Hands-on experience with EWM and Jira administration
- Experience with Department of State (DOS) and/or the Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA)

Required: Clearance

- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Active Secret clearance is preferred
