Daily Responsibilities
|
There will be multiple positions for On-Site Supervisors.
- Serve as each PMO’s point of contact for work assignment, contractor reports, product deliverables, contractor resource requirements, and for ensuring that all aspects of the contract and work assignments are completed on time and at the expected level of quality
- Provide supervision of all contractor employees including work assignments and providing oversight of contractor employee productivity, behavior, and attendance.
- Maintain a business standard for contractor employees distinct from USG employees. This includes ensuring controls are maintained that include all contractor employees identify their working relationship to their employer, adhering to dress requirements distinctly identifying contractor employees with the company name, separation of work areas from USG employees, maintaining non-involvement in USG personnel matters and inherently USG functions, and ensuring the assignment, control, quality of work, and delivery for contractor employees is managed by the Contractor’s designated onsite supervisor

- Degree with a major in engineering, architecture, construction management, business or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Knowledge of the principles and practices of effective employee supervision and personnel management
- Proven ability to perform work intake and assignment, reports, resource requirements, and to ensure that all aspects of the contract and work assignments are completed on time and at the expected level of quality
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and direct an effective professional services team and develop an onsite services program; to coordinate employee training needs and logistical support; to maintain a professional, positive, and consistent client relationship including various military agency contacts and stakeholders
- Proven ability to supervise employees including assigning the work of contractor employees and providing oversight of employee productivity, behavior, and attendance; and ensure employees provide high levels of customer service to internal and external customers
