Quality Assurance

Our corporate quality management methodology promotes continuous improvement of quality, reliability, and productivity through planned formal internal and external reviews for adequate oversight, timely problem identification and resolution, and proactive decision-making and risk management. Because quality is an integral part of the Systems Plus approach to all of our customer and internal projects, we have implemented the CMMI process for systems software and engineering and have been appraised at Maturity Level 3.

We ensure the quality of our performance and services, as well as our continued success in meeting specified contract and task order requirements. Our systematic approach to high levels of quality ensures that our customers’ needs are understood and met. Our quality assurance framework ensures that processes are performed in a well-defined environment and that we focus on quality assurance through prevention rather than on quality control through detection.
